Old Times...

What a weekend!! I spent this past weekend with two of my college friends. We had such a nice time catching up. We even visited a winery on the Blue Ridge Parkway and the weather was fabulous. I needed the break from the internet and adoption talk. We stayed up to midnight (haven't seen midnight in a while!) both nights and were able to just sit around and chat. It's so good to have friends you may not see that often but when you do you can pick up just like it was yesterday.

Below is a picture of us from this weekend. Brennen, Sarah and I - I miss you girls already!!

Looks like you had a great time! There is nothing better then a good old-fashioned girl's weekend to escape reality! I have mine coming up this weekend and am looking SO forward to it!

Girl time is the BEST!!! Stay up late and hang with the girls as much as you can know.

That sounds like a great time! So glad you had that little break!
And a winery along the Blue Ridge Parkway??? You must share!!! We travel to NC quite often and might have to stop in if it's close (or even just somewhat close! hehehe) to where we go!

Glad you had a fabulous weekend. Yes, it is nice to be busy on the weekends and not fret over what the latest news is in the adoption world. I am hoping that accreditations will speed up the process so we can start reading about referrals for all of our blog friends soon!

It looks like you girls had fun! I love girls-weekends. I'm not sure I would remain sane if I didn't have the occasional weekend with my girls.
