Decorating the Tree!

We finally put our Christmas tree up last Wednesday night and we had such a fun time decorating it! We assembled our tree (yes, it's a fake and I love it!) while Daniel was in the bath and then surprised him when he was all dressed for bed. We spent the next 45 minutes decorating the tree. Since then Daniel has decorated and re-decorated the bottom branches about a hundred times!

Don't you just love how their eyes light up with excitement when they see the Christmas tree. I love how children have such joy over the small things at Christmas time. It really makes the holiday season grand!!

How adorable!! He really looks like he had a great time! We have a fake tree too since last year. I love it too since we can decorate the tree really early now!
Happy Holiday Season!

I love the photo of Troy hoisting Daniel up in the air to put the angel on top of your tree.

Merry 1st Christmas as a family of three! Isn't it a wonderful thing?!

I LOVE the picture of Daniel putting the angel up. That is so awesome! It's going to be a great Christmas - especially for you guys having Daniel and the new baby this year! :-)

Aww, Daniel seems to be really getting into the spirit of Christmas. I can't believe he helped you put the ornaments on. B helped take off the ornaments, not what I had planned. I can't wait to hear how his Christmas goes.

He looks like he had a ball! You need to frame the picture of him putting the angel on top of the tree
